Job Description
- Developing reports for teams across the business
- Testing Developed Workflow on our ERP System
- Understands the changing nature of the role and adapts to changing and growing tasks as the organization develops and expands.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Can train new End user to use the ERP System
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization & On the sites also “Branches” if needed.
- Assisting with systems integrations, migration, and implementation
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date ‘Entry Level’
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Follows any additional work tasks not outlined above but related to job function as requested by line Manager.
- Minimum Understanding for How ERP Backend works
Job Requirements
- BSc of Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration.
- Have experience in database administration
- Have 0-2 work experience in similar role
- Preferred who has worked with Aesthetic centers or medical sectors
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming..
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good organization, time management and prioritization.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
