Job Description
- Provide application maintenance, enhancements, and operations support for the Medical System, incorporating Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for data-driven insights and decision-making.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of Discover, Forms, Reports, and System Services, with a focus on optimizing BI capabilities within the ecosystem.
- Additional duties as assigned, with a focus on leveraging BI tools and technologies to enhance overall system performance and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in System Application Support in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS), with a keen understanding of BI applications in healthcare analytics.
- Ability to manage time and projects effectively to meet critical guidelines, with a specific emphasis on BI project timelines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of BI data analysis.
