About our Client:
- Established in 2000, the leading company in bakery products , A world class manufacturer and distributor , currently they are holding a portfolio of 9 international brands worldwide
Main Job Duties:
- Manage communication of shortages and other troubleshooting between divisions and producing bakeries.
- Oversee orders and invoices.
- Coordinate holiday schedules.
- Prepare annual and seasonal bids.
- Coordinate samples.
- Manage ongoing relationship with customer.
- Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.
- Effectively balance internal profitability desires against customer’s goals.
- Oversee product flow via multiple distribution outlets.
- Verify accounting for daily operations, as needed.
- Develop and implement internal modifications to better service the customer and BBU.
- Obtain approval for internal modifications to packaging, formulation, etc.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to build relationships with bakery teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
