Job Description
- Supervision all security policies, protocols and procedures to oversee and sustain the security activities across all locations.
- Monitor the consuming of budgets for security operations and expenses to meet the assigned budget.
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms to ensure smooth evacuation.
- Visit all branches to monitor all security issues to ensure smooth working operations according to timely plan.
- Ensure the performance of security guards (Age, appearance and skills) are adequate to maintain company rights.
- Review the received daily attendance sheet for security guards to take the corrective action with the related security companies.
- Train security guards from outsourced companies to ensure efficient & effective work results.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
- Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
Job Requirements
- Preferable army or police officers
- 4 - 6 Years experience in the security operations.
- Proven experience in similar position
- Understanding of budgeting
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV & control room,)
