Job Description
- Build a network within the Psychotherapy industry
- Managing relationships with the therapists through giving continuously verbal and written support.
- Compile data on areas where the service can improve.
- Follow existing support processes where they exist, and suggest and implement new processes where they are missing or lacking.
- Responsible for orientation and on-boarding for the newly-joined therapists.
- Interact and coordinate with the CRM team, Accounting team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
- Representing Shezlong in medical conferences.
- Write business plans for all current and possible medical business opportunities.
