Job Description
- Develop and implement an effective marketing and sales strategy focused on attracting new clients and increasing financials gain
- Identify new market opportunities and new ideas through conducting researches by attending events and reviewing publications
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company projects/contacts for each BIC service
- Create a prospective account in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreements
- Close relationships with large accounts
- Possess a strong understanding of BIC services, competitions in the industry, positioning and following up on the latest developments.
- Stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
- Develop a SWOT analysis for each BIC service and coordinate with software development team to add new features whenever needed
- Develop a plan to increase subscribers of BIC services and identify the new sponsors
- Promote the BIC service(s) addressing clients’ needs and supervise the business development team to promote BIC services
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to plan for the promotional Campaigns to achieve BIC objectives
- Finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts using existing and potential customer networks
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Monthly reports to monitor the progress against the BIC business plan
