- Assist clients to confirm change or cancel bookings .
- Handling reschedule and canceled bookings with the airlines .
- Quick and accurate review on the airline penalties .
- Collecting payments, checking duplication and maintaining records of transactions .
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills .
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively .
- Tourism experience and using GDS (Galileo or Sabre) is a must .
