Job Description
- Develop quality policies and procedures and explain them to employees and employees of the company and training them and motivate them to work.
- Conducting internal control and auditing on all departments to ensure their application to these procedures.
- Working on improving and developing quality procedures and models currently in place in the company in a manner that does not contradict with the general objective, laws and regulations.
- Issuing regulations and instructions regarding the implementation of these procedures and following up on their implementation.
- Permanent control over the sanitary and occupational safety conditions in the factory and ensure its validity.
- Examine the raw materials supplied to the factory, and ensure the quality of materials used in manufacturing and whether they match the specifications or not.
- Constant supervision of the production processes in the factory and the cleanliness of the plant and its surroundings and the cleanliness of workers and verify their conformity to quality standards.
- Direct supervision of laboratory technicians.
- Participating in the evaluation and qualification of suppliers.
- Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and employees in all departments through their application of quality standards.
- Supervising the storage conditions in warehouses, both raw materials and ready.
- Responding to complaints about the product after conducting the required tests and investigations.
- Periodic reporting of achievements, problems and failures to senior management.
Job Requirements
- BSC in Science/ Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience from 2-5 years in the field of Plastic Industry.
