Crowd Analyzer -a technical startup- is the leading Arabic social media listening tool in the MENA region and worldwide. We work with clients from different sectors and industries to enhance their social media marketing strategies and business objectives. We support Arabic sentiment analysis with different dialects using Proprietary Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager who will partner with our clients and ensure their long-term success. This role is not focused on making sales, rather on developing relationships and retaining clients.

You Will Do:

  • Own the entire post-sales relationship with clients, including onboarding, ongoing retention and upselling.
  • Know Crowd Analyzer products inside and out to help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our tool based on their business needs.
  • Responsible for the full client journey and for developing relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Increase customer engagement and reduce churn rates.
  • Report and ensure that technical issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction as quickly as possible; and providing support on new features.
  • Align with Product Management around driving product roadmap.
  • Prepare reports on accounts status and track key account metrics.
Job Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience as Account Manager in Social Media/ Marketing/ SaaS business is preferred. Working with big enterprises is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to fast learn and shine in a team.

  • Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal).
