Job Description

About the Role:
ZINAD IT, a leading provider of innovative cybersecurity solutions and
services is seeking a driven and experienced Customer Success Manager
who is a driven & customer-centric personality to join our growing team. In
this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients
in the MEA region, ensuring their continuous success with our cybersecurity
platforms. The detailed responsibilities of the “Customer Success Manager”
include the following:

  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with assigned
    customers in the MEA region
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
  • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics
  • Become a product expert, delivering ongoing training, refreshment
    sessions and support to assigned customers
  • Identify and address customer needs, proactively recommending
    solutions during the term of the contract and at the renewal time.
  • Collaborate with internal functions in the company to ensure delivery
    of customer needs, requirements, and customizations (when applicable)
    as per the scope of work during the term of the contract or
    for the renewal of the contract.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on customer
    success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and
    upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure fulfillment of annual contracts renewal target.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration
    or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management and/or Customer
    Success, being in the ICT sector is a mandate and being in the
    SW and cybersecurity industry would be a plus.
  • 3+ years in a customer success lead position would be a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving
    high satisfaction scores.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with
    the ability to build strong relationships with all customers.
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey and a passion for
    client success
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently and in timely manner with different
    stakeholders in the company to ensure completion customer needs
    and requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and its growing importance in today's
    global business environment
  • Innovative & creative mind set.
  • Expertise in the MEA region would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a mandate.
  • Ability for travel requirements in MEA region when applicable
  • Resident of Greater Cairo
