About the Job
- Assist various departments in their daily tasks, especially HR RECRUITER & PERSONNEL teams
- Assist the office manager in supervising the other services & admin team
- Handle the reception of visitors
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, Faxes, telephone, etc.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Executive regarding all offices’ needs to be purchased.
- Ensure the office is always tidy and well organized
Job Requirements
- Gender : Female only
- Max age 25
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience: 0-1 Years of Experience in the same Field
- Skills: Business Writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Language: very good command of English language skills.
