Job Description
- Required an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join an HR Operations organization.
Caliber will be responsible for:
- Opening new sourcing channels to ensure a usual none dry source of calibers.
- Filtering and shortlisting available calibers profiles to job's criteria and basic requirements.
- Performing phone and face to face interviews
- Setting and scheduling appointments with calibers at company's and client's premises.
- Perform needed follow up on candidates since first contact till contracting and closure of candidates file
- Performing periodic follow up contacts with hired candidates as needed checks
Job Requirements
- 2 Years of Experience in similar operations with proven records of success
- Worked on mass hiring previously
- Very good command of English
- Maadi and close neighborhoods residents
- Males or Females can apply
