WE ARE SCALING UP!

Crowd Analyzer -a technical startup- is the leading Arabic social media listening tool in the MENA region and worldwide. We work with clients from different sectors and industries to enhance their social media marketing strategies and business objectives. We support Arabic sentiment analysis with different dialects using Proprietary Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will act as a Generalist to implement a variety of human resource functions. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as recruitment, on-boarding, benefits programs, personnel and training.

The ideal candidate is someone with extensive Recruitment experience (preferred in software engineering roles), who is resourceful, updated to global trends, with a passion for HR. We are looking for someone who is not hesitate to take initiative in some tasks, in which s/he is not proficient but is willing to learn-on-the-job and take it to completion.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value as we are scaling up!

What will you do?

  • Recruit the right person for the right job with the right skill-set to help with company growth and scalability.
  • Understand the culture of the company and constantly making improvements and pushing towards being an employer of choice.
  • Come up with ideas to encourage the creativity and the passion of the team and help them to think out the box and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Administer and enhance the benefits program.
  • Handle all personnel issues related to vacations, social insurance, medical insurance.
  • Work on a tailored training plan for everyone in the company.
  • Come up with ideas to improve productivity and to better measure performance.
  • Support with company logistics such as planning retreats and company monthly events.
  • Update company OC, job profiles, employee handbook, recruitment manual, etc...
  • Manage the orientation, onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Act as a people's partner and ensure clear internal communication.
  • Be on top of HR global trends.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR with special focus on recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Should have the Multi-tasking Gene.
  • The fresh energy and aura is weighed over against the number of your work experience.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
