Job Description
- Reach out to all the Healthcare companies that need training or consulting services
- Follow-up with pre-qualified sales opportunities; tracking within CRM system
- Meet/exceed sales quotas, achieve maximum new sales and existing customer sales
- Continually learn new product knowledge as we frequently customize and add to our suite
- Communicate with existing customer base regarding new offerings for potential add-on sales
- Prepare sales proposals/contracts for prospects
- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
- Creating a portfolio of client units and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s Training projects.
- Conducting meetings with the client
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained
Job Requirements
- Experience in a sales position in healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience is selling training and consulting services is a plus
- Fluent in English is a Must
- Professional communication skills and ability to work with different nationalities
- Proven track record of successful selling experience
- Strong contact and networking base
- Excellent listening, writing & presentation skills
- Sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Self-motivated.
