Job Description
- Implement the production plan for furniture painting to achieve the main objectives of the company.
- Follow up with warehouse department in providing required supplies and materials.
- Control raw material consumption and validate the painting materials
- Follow up the control tools and techniques to maintain the quality level of painting process.
- Preparing the corrective and preventive measures necessary for the painting department to achieve the company's objectives.
- Communicate and resolve any problems related to paintings with all concerned departments to ensure smooth work operations.
- Supporting all the reports and dashboard required by the management on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Lead the Paintings team through the planning and allocation of work. Monitor their performance standards & guides them to achieve their KPI’s.
- Maintain a good work procedures & seeks for the best practices & continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Educational Background & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or any relevant field.
- +3 years of experience in the same position in furniture factory.
- Preferable a previous knowledge in work with UV Machines.
Language & Computer Skills:
- Good command of English.
- Preferable previous knowledge of ERP systems (preferred SAP system).
- Very good in Microsoft Office.
