Job Description
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Implementing and developing chemical formulations for iron paints, ensuring compliance with standard specifications, and supervising production and technical inspection processes to ensure quality and consistency in performance.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials and final products and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Conduct laboratory tests such as (adhesion test, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, hardness, etc.).
- Participate in improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participating in improving chemical performance and reducing material.
- Collaborate with various teams (Production – Quality – Technical Sales) to achieve factory goals.
- Monitoring chemical processes in galvanizing lines, and regulating and analyzing treatment solutions (acid, flux, cleaning, etc.), to ensure the quality of the metal coating and its compliance with standard specifications.
- Monitoring and analyzing acid and chemical treatment solutions within the galvanizing line (such as HCl, Zn, flux...).
- Preparing periodic reports on solution performance and treatment recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science with a specialization in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
- 2 years of experience in the related field is preferred (Painting industrial or applied field).
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Good knowledge of chemical Analysis principles.
- Lean Manufacturing is a must.
- Familiarity with production planning tools (ERP/MRP systems).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
