Job Description

  • Maintain the link between the Head Office management and the Site to ensure that the different functions in the head Office are correctly applied in the project.
  • Develop the project organization chart and define the project team members and maintain the responsibilities Matrix including the proper Communication and Work flow Channels. 
  • Ensure professional development and perform periodic performance appraisals for team heads.
  • Provide staff with the needed training and incentives to ensure their motivation.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in managing the project activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the core function managers to follow up on safety issues, site progress, and quality and cost performance to insure the conformance with project contracts.
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs with the site manager to monitor the construction performance with regards to safety, quality and scheduling.
  • Follow up with Planning Department for setting the project master schedule.
  • Review through the Contracts Manager for all monthly payment, claims settlements, invoices, etc.
  • Maintain project’s positive cash flow by directing and monitoring all billings, payables and budget control activities.
  • Review all correspondences with the client/owner including collecting Company receivables from the client/owner. 
  • Ensure project quality and safety measures are implemented to the utmost level following Company strategic objectives according to quality and safety manuals.
  • Follow up on procurement and material activities and coordinate with the head office if needed.
  • Reviewing the Manpower and Equipment requirements for the Project.
  • Follow up with the Site Team the Subcontractors Performance.
  • All aspects of the Project Quality Management and Control System.
  • Attending Meetings with the Consultant, Client and Subcontractors and Maintain the proper Communication with all Parties.
  • Responsible for all the correspondences with the consultant within the boundaries of the project contract agreement and, jointly attending periodic progress meetings.
  • Ensures proper execution of contracts with the client, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
  • Manage all internal administrative related issues in the Company, as well as for the client such as; permit issue, personnel, project social insurance and sales tax.
  • Provide final approval for subcontract agreements related to site activities within his authorization according to the company policy.

  • Manage the project closeout reports including smooth end over with the client ensuring the client’s satisfaction, providing the Company with required feedback regarding any special experience and all changes and resolved matters during the project lifecycle including actual productivity rates for the executed works.
