Job Description
Provide a full secretarial and administrative support service to the CEO
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel.
- Maintain the office filing system and all personnel records.
- Make arrangements for any meetings required by the CEO.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
