Job Description
- Managing the production team, Achievement of production budgets, with minimum wastage of raw materials, ingredients And packaging materials
- Consolidate the activities of all production supervisors in order to ensure smooth operation for production and responsible for any emergencies that occur at that Plant
- Production of high quality of products which meet agreed product specification, quality and hygiene standards
- Maintenance of a continuous supply of products of the specified quality on a timely basis
- Control of production costs, and overheads within agreed budgeted limits
- Development of a highly motivated and skilled workforce capable of processing, manufacturing and packing products to meet the current and future product manufacturing requirements
Our print room has the following machines:
- 2 large format (120*162) machines 5 Colors +L
- 1 70*100 Heid 6 Colors +L (UV)
- 1 70*100 Heid 5 Colors + L
- 1 70*100 Heid 4 Colors +L
- 1 70*100 Heid 8 Colors perfecting
- 1 70*100 KB 8 + L
The print room manager is expected to change culture of working staff in the direction of western standards in terms of:
- No of operators per machine
- Quality making
- Make ready times and productivity
- Work flow and coordination with related departments.
Job Requirements
- Male
- Above 15 Years of Experience in Printing Industry
- Bachelor of Applied Arts
- Printing Background (MUST)
- Skills at (Capacity Planning – House of Quality – Productiveness – Planning & Facility Lay out)
- Master of Business Administration - MBA (Preferable)
- Printing Diploma (MUST)
- Age: 40 up to 50
- Fluent at English (MUST)
