Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Printing Manager to oversee our clothing printing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing clothing printing teams and a deep understanding of various printing techniques (Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Foil Printing, etc.).
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing clothing printing teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production lines and various printing stages.
- Ability to ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Supervise all stages of the printing process, from receiving designs to final production.
- Organize and schedule daily printing tasks in alignment with the production plan.
- Select and use appropriate materials and inks for each fabric type to ensure the best print quality.
- Ensure the quality and safety of all printing supplies (inks, screens, fabrics, etc.).
- Monitor the performance of printing equipment and ensure regular maintenance.
- Verify that final printed products match technical specifications and design requirements.
- Quickly and effectively solve any technical issues during the printing process.
- Manage, train, and develop the printing team to improve performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with design and production departments to align goals and deadlines.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management on production status, issues, and recommendations.
