Job Description
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Previous experience in call centers is preferably
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to interact effectively across business areas
- Ability to work well under pressure with effective time management skills
- Very high team spirit
- Highly motivated and able to fulfill the duties and responsibilities assigned
- High communication, conflict solving and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate self and others
- Ability to self-develop and enhance performance
