Job Description

  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in call centers is preferably
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to interact effectively across business areas
  • Ability to work well under pressure with effective time management skills
  • Very high team spirit
  • Highly motivated and able to fulfill the duties and responsibilities assigned
  • High communication, conflict solving and listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate self and others
  • Ability to self-develop and enhance performance
