Duties & Responsibilities
- Calendar Management – Schedule meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage the general organization of day-to-day activities to ensure the CEO is aware of all scheduled obligations.
- Write effective business correspondence utilizing notes from CEO.
- Facilitate meeting management including creation of agendas, running reports, meeting notes, and follow-up items.
- Handle a variety of personal details and needs, while maintaining discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Facilitate smooth communications between CEO and colleagues.
- Perform general administrative and support duties including answering telephones, maintaining files, copying, faxing, etc. Work in cooperation with and provide coverage for Receptionist when needed.
- Provide occasional support for other members of the executive team.
- Various miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines skillfully while remaining flexible and adaptable to frequently changing priorities
Skills required:Qualifications:
- Minimum three years proven work experience supporting a senior level executive and 7 years total experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree combined with relevant work experience)
- Financial services experience is preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
