The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following :
-Manage & maintain the CEO Calendar.
-Answering call ,taking messages &handling correspondence.
-Arranging appointment.
-make travel arrangements for executive .
-handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure .
-prepare invoices or financial statement and assistance in bookkeeping .
-Monitor office supplies & make orders for supplies .
Job Requirements
Requirements & Skills:
-proven experience as executive secretary or similar administration role.
-Fluent in English language written & verbal
-Proficient in MS office.
-in depth knowledge of office management and Basie accounting procedures.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal
-Organizational & follow up skills
-Ability to handle matters
-presentable
-Degree in business administration or relative field
