Project Coordinator

-The objective of this role is to coordinate the execution of photoshoots between photographer and partners in line with Talabat photography guidelines. 

-Pre- Photoshoot Responsibilities: (Scheduling photoshoots) 

•  Evaluating and accepting photography requests. 
•  Preparing and sending out calendar requests to photographers and all relevant parties. 
• Check the relevant documentation procedures and monitor the accuracy consistently. 
• compile menu list, validate with Talabat platform, and prepare Track my Items list for photographers. 
•  Sending out reminders to the partners 24 hrs before the shoot

-During the execution of shoots: 

•  To assist the photographers in case of any challenges while executing the shoot. 
•  Ensure the photographer arrives at the venue on time and the shoot is executed as per the agreed items list within the agreed schedule. . 
•  Receive images from photographers within 24 hours of the shoot, as per the established standard and the track my items list. 
• To ensure the correct naming convention is applied in all the files and are of the required format. 
•  Ensure that track my items list is followed religiously and to give feedback to the photographers consistently. 
•  Ensure raw files are set for review and sent to the graphics team immediately(within 24 hours of shoot). 
• To ensure all the extra items that are shot are given to coordination for menu addition and uploaded on the platform in a timely manner. 

-Post Photo-shoot Responsibilities: 

•  Ensure the high/low-resolution edited images are according to the established standard and to ensure files are edited and uploaded within 48 hours of submission. 
•  To perform quality check on the Talabat platform as per the established photography guidelines. 
• To email AM’s with updates on their photography project with detailed track my items list. 
•  To assist the process to meet the targeted image ratio percentage. 

-General Responsibilities but not limited to: 

• Follow up and collect feedback from partners on a weekly basis. 
• Weekly and Monthly analysis/report for all countries. 
•  Assisting the visual content project manager with the implementation of photography strategies both in operating countries and new roll- outs.
