Job Description
- Identify new potential clients and opportunities, through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Closing customer contracts and generating new sales for the training, education, and advisory services to reach the company's sales target.
- Manage projects implementation and logistics from inception to completion.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Manage company’s online and social media presence.
- Complete other assigned tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven sales and relationship building skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and decision making skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to wear many hats and a “can do” attitude.
- Proficient technology user.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
