Job Description

Personal Assistant To The CEO – Females Only

ABC Egypt Company is a branch of Clinics Pro, USA (An American based Company), located in 35 El Obour Towers on Salah Salem Road in New Egypt, with an International Management is currently looking for the following team members. He/She will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for all administrative duties and tasks.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Provide personal assistance to CEO
  • Attend key meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes.
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to the emails, answering calls and handling queries.
  • Handle multiple projects as assigned by the CEO related to diverse lines of business.
  • Handle administrative duties as delegated by the CEO.
  • Assist with the preparation and submit of weekly and monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • Skills: Excellent appearance with high looking image.
  • Must have at least 1 year of office management skills, and can run the office and employees while the CEO is absent, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, strong personality, flexible to attend meetings, lunches, dinners, ready to travel with the CEO out of Egypt.
  • Working Experience: Minimum of One Year.
  • Salary Range: Open - depends on qualifications and flexibility.
  • Working Palace: 35 El Obour Towers on Salah Salem Road in New Egypt.
  • Languages: Arabic and English (speaking, writing and reading)
  • Travel: Can accompany the CEO on travels to different countries.
  • Expected Joining Date: 02-Jan-2018
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: 28 Years – 40 Years
