Job Description
- Act as CEO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization
- Devise and maintain Top Management office systems, including data management and filing
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation for CEO
- Take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
- Attend and service CEO’s meetings and take minutes and distribute after meetings along with any other relevant materials and to attend other meetings/events in a secretariat capacity as and when required
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meet and greet CEO’s visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organize and maintain diaries & Events
- Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of CEO
- Carry out background research and presenting findings
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organize and attend meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings
- Take on some responsibilities and working more closely with management
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Years of experience: 10+
- Computer skills : Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Language skills: English (Excellent- Fluent)
- Communications Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills
