Job Description
Recruitment:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs in all company recruitment channels.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conducting the company’s recruitment database.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the concerned parties and the higher management.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and procedures.
- Searching for new recruitment channels and implementing new sourcing methods.
- Advise hiring Leads/managers on interviewing techniques; conducting internal workshops.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Research and choose job advertising options within recruitment channels and social media.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations for recruiting expats.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
Training:
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
- Communicate with technical training channels to have the most advanced materials.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
- Deliver training courses for soft skills.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight years of professional experience
- MBA / HR certifications are definitely a plus
- Self-directed, energetic, intellectually curious
- Strong decision-making skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent knowledge in MS office; Excel and PowerPoint
