Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative online campaigns.
Their duties include researching target audiences, researching target audiences, recording and analyzing campaign data for future reports, and managing a company’s social media channels to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research advertising trends and competitor strategies.
- Determine optimal ad placement and target content.
- Develop, publish, and manage digital marketing content.
- Monitor social media and analyze data.
- Optimize paid ads using SEO and other marketing tools.
- Report campaign performance and key insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee project progress and budget management.
- Perform market research to refine marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and internet research.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong ability to create and prepare reports, memos, and presentations on your own, without needing much guidance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
