Job Description
- Define and track key social media KPIs to evaluate performance and ROI.
- Plan, create, publish, and manage posts (including reels, stories, highlights, IGTVs) across multiple client platforms.
- Manage direct messages (DMs), comments, and engagement on all client accounts.
- Monitor and moderate interactions across platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
- Analyze and report on the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Creator Studio, and similar platforms to schedule, monitor, and report.
- Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals to support social media campaigns.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies.
- Must have hands-on experience managing content and engagement on the following platforms: LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Possess hands-on experience in content creation tailored to the Saudi market, with a strong understanding of local culture, trends, and audience preferences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within agency or B2B environments.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is preferred.
- A bilingual portfolio demonstrating past work across LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, TikTok, and Meta is required.
- A portfolio of past work is preferred
