Job Description

  • Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay.
  • Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Address and resolve employee complaints relating to payroll.
  • Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll and expense.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred.
  • Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
  • High numerical aptitude & Detail-oriented.
