Job Description
- Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay.
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Address and resolve employee complaints relating to payroll.
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll and expense.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
- High numerical aptitude & Detail-oriented.
