Job Description
- Dealing with Customer, Contracting Company, Consultant to get new project/works In assistance by Estimator.
- Product Diversification Activities.
- Control & Approves Site Plan / Site Erection Plan on weekly meeting.
- Controls Production Planning in accordance of current requirements.
- Controlling Customer Feed Back & their complaints.
- Verifies Technical Trainings of various Departments.
- Taking Corrective/Preventive action against any non-conforming System.
- Understand and follows Quality Policy and Quality system of (GCS)GRC
- Follows any other assignment defined by Management.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Control budgets and optimize expenses.
- Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Direct the employee assessment process.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; construction engineering
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
