Job Overview

The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving growth and revenue through the identification and development of new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for generating deals from various sales channels, promoting our top-notch implementation, consultation, and professional services to prospective clients, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies for our Odoo solutions and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
  • Identify client needs and challenges, and articulate how our services can address them effectively.
  • Collaborate with the telesales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, or a related role. Preferred with experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a must.
  • Business development and sales experience in the GCC region is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
