Job Description
- Manage orders: ( Horeca – Retail – direct deliveries )
- Market visits
- Events ( inside – outside farm )
- Follow up on orders
- Competition analysis
- supervise, hire, and train employees.
- manage quality assurance programs, strategize process improvements, and more.
- Operations managers are ultimately responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of a business, agency, or organization.
- Manage forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
- Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
