Job Description
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies responsible employees.
- Handle the CRM data, assign leads to Sales and follow up on receiving feedback.
- Act as a Front Office Administrative Assistant.
- Organize and maintain sales files.
- Responsible for preparing, tracking, and managing sales commission reports
- Handle client communications (emails, calls, inquiries) and schedule appointments.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and purchase agreements.
- Follow up on client requests and remind the sales team of deadlines.
- Document client feedback and communicate it to the sales team.
- Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
- Track and report leads’ feedback and status to the Operations Management team.
Job Requirements
- Must be presentable.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools.
- Experience in Real Estate.
- To be organized and punctual.
- Very good in English.
- Resident nearby New Cairo is preferable.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate recruitment is required.
