Job Description

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Manage Sales Team: Lead and guide the sales team, providing necessary training and development to enhance performance.
  • Market Analysis: Study market trends and customer needs, conducting necessary research to improve offerings and products.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key customers and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Generate periodic reports on sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Product Pricing: Participate in determining product prices based on market analysis and costs.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of  5 years of experience in sales and FMCG field, with prior team management experience.
  • Good knowledge of modern sales methods and techniques.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and relevant computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet specified targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
