Maintenance Technician

We will soon open a new manufacturing plant in Dammam, to provide innovative, engineered-to-order solutions for our customers, primarily in the Oil and Gas Sector.In this role, candidate will be responsible for all workshop equipment preventive corrective and predictive maintenance activities.Our TeamWe are a principled based company that relies heavily on teamwork and ingenuity. We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will DoInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including motors, VFDs, welding machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and air compressors.Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical /Mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and prevent unexpected failures.Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using DMMs, Megger, and other diagnostic tools, and implement appropriate corrective actions.Troubleshoot control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Conduct regular inspections of welding machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and air compressors to identify potential problems and address them proactively.Collaborate with the maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules.Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical/mechanical systems and insure its correct implementation.Provide training and technical support to other maintenance staff as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Associated degree or equivalent technical certification in electrical or Mechanical technology.English Fluency, Professional levelAbility to read blueprints/drawings.Using and communication technical information.Strong understanding of preventive maintenance principles and methodologies.Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including indoors, outdoors, and confined spaces.What Will Put You AheadEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenThe ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
