Get Involved: Your Role Includes:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Update and maintain employee records
- Support HR Team in organizing training sessions and other events
- Help with HR projects and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
The intern will learn:
- Talent Acquisition techniques
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- HR policies and procedures
- Learning & Development strategies
- HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) usage.
- Performance Management System & KPIs.
Duration:
From 3 to 6 months with opportunity to get hired.
Internship Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration - English Section.
- Enrolled in HR studies or pursuit of professional HR certificates is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
