Internship Description
Work under the supervision of the Talent Development Manager to provide administrative tasks.
This role is for an intern within the Business Performance Management (BPM) team within the overall Performance Operational Capabilities (POC) organization. Also, participation in the training plan.
Able to draft employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes.
The intern will learn:
- Performance Operational Capabilities (POC) organization.
- Basics of other Human resources functions.

Internship Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business Administration – English Section - or relevant field.
- 0-1 year of human resource experience
- Excellent command of English language, written and spoken.
