Internship Description

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update and maintain employees ‘attendance records.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, turnover rates etc.).
  • Participate at day to day operation
  • Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
  • Manage & update employee’s files.
  • Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
  • Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
  • Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires.
  • Filling all Hiring documents.
  • Securing the confidentiality of the organization’s information, and actively implementing the code of ethics.
  • Implementing and administering employee policies, while continuously identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
  • Delivering effective support to the HR Manager and the broader business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR functions.
  • Generating HR data analysis and reports with a good experience in managing and developing direct reports
  • Follow-up and prepare all attendance management with all related process including annual vacations, permissions, and penalty etc.
  • Responsible for on boarding process for the new employee including an orientation process with regular follow up.
  • Any other tasks related to personnel and administration

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
