Internship Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will work alongside the Sales team to expand GOA's customer base in Egypt.
Among your missions, you will :
- Contribute to the commercial and operational development in Egypt
- Conducting active prospecting and cold calling to identify and qualify potential customer needs
- Participate in client meetings, conduct negotiations with key accounts, prepare recommendations on the service/product mix and ensure effective onboarding of new customers
- Follow your clients over time to ensure total satisfaction with our services and to build sustainable customer loyalty.
- Identify new sales channels to reach a broader customer audience in Egypt
- Plan and monitor promotional activities and marketing campaigns
Internship Requirements
- Rigorous and organized with strong attention to detail
- Willing to train yourself in the fascinating profession of e-commerce
- Enrolled in a Business master's degree
- Fluent in English and in French
- Comfortable manipulating and analyzing data and IT tools
