This role will focus on monitoring the health of and identifying equipment with possible problems before they lead to failure. The Condition Monitoring Technician will use a range of predictive and preventive maintenance software, applications, and data collection instruments. This role is essential to preventing downtime and loss of productivity.Saudi Nationals PreferredResponsibilities: Conduct inspections using advanced multi-channel and phase vibration signal analysis for root cause failure and machine fault troubleshootingSet up and implement predictive maintenance data collection routes for vibration, infrared, lubrication, and electric motor monitoringDocument findings, coordinate transfer of machine repair recommendations, and action items to and from the site's computerized maintenance management systemReview quality of analysis performed by other techniciansQualificationsTraining in reliability centered maintenance8 + years of experience in vibrations and condition monitoring in a similar industryValid vibrations certification (ISO)18436) Level II & Level IIICertified and experienced in MLA / Ultrasound / Steam Traps / Thermographic SurveyProven ability with reliability programsMust be able to speak, write, & read EnglishExpertise with condition monitoring softwareProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and WordPreferred QualificationsGraduate Mechanical EngineerWorking knowledge of rotating equipment repair standards and best practices8 + years of experience in vibrations and condition monitoring in a similar industryBelong.
