Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V).
- Support storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup/recovery solutions.
- Perform routine system monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with networking tasks (switches, firewalls, VPN, load balancers).
- Document configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for system upgrades and projects.
- Participate in on-call support and incident resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in on-prem infrastructure support/engineering.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS administration.
- Experience with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
- Basic knowledge of storage solutions and backup systems.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
