Job DescriptionRole – Technology LeadTechnology – Network Engineering, Hardware Support (HP)Location – Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSkillsIn depth understanding of traditional circuit switched telecom networks with an emphasis on capacity, fault, and traffic managementAbility to troubleshoot and resolve Hardware (HP 9000 Superdome servers) , Operating System (HP-UX 11.11) & Database (Tuxedo) issuesUnix Shell ScriptingUnderstanding of IP networking (CCNA or better preferred)Proven project management skills (PMP certification preferred)Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage customer relationships and projects with minimal oversight/directionLanguages (spoken & written):Arabic (fluent)English (fluent)Role Scope:On-site Engineer at STC providing end-to-end support and assistance for the following legacy client Products: NFM (Fault Management solution)NMDRII-Titan (Traffic Management solution)NCE (Capacity management solution.
