The role will involve overseeing software delivery activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks.We require a professional who can bring together expertise in project management, software delivery, IoT, food safety, and enterprise integration.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Stakeholder ManagementLead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and reporting.Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring adherence to best practices in software delivery.Manage requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and change management.Ensure system quality, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.Food Safety Monitoring Solution OversightUnderstand and track the integration of IoT monitoring sensors within the solution.Ensure the solution aligns with food safety standards and regulations.Oversee deployment and adoption within restaurants and F&B operations.Systems & Process IntegrationSupport integration between the OTNxT solution and client ERP systems.Ensure data flows seamlessly across systems and meets compliance needs.Manage risks and dependencies associated with system integrations.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in project and stakeholder management for technology solutions.Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.Understanding of IoT technologies, sensors, and monitoring solutions.Familiarity with Food Safety and related regulations.Exposure to restaurant and F&B operations and related workflows.Knowledge of ERP systems and systems integration approaches.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
