Job Description
Develop and maintain knowledge of Apple products and services, as well as Genius Bar repair processes and procedures, to support efficient and high-quality repairs. Carefully and attentively support customers experiencing issues with Apple products or software, utilizing all the tools and resources Apple provides. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service issues related to specific Apple hardware and software. Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair issues and other service concerns, and ensure feedback is provided to Apple. Provide excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, making product and service recommendations, and educating them on the best purchasing practices. Perform other duties as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities both on and off the sales floor. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting diversity and being curious to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Required qualifications
- Be available to work according to a schedule that aligns with business needs, which may include working nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store, and be committed to reporting to the workplace according to the established schedule, in accordance with local laws and any approved accommodations.
