Role PurposeTo Manage Workshop Operations as team Lead in technical aspect.Job Accountabilities & ActivitiesManage Auto master / SAP from customer repair quotation to invoice while equipment delivery.Based on the technician skill set, to be allotted work to complete the job with in promised time.Trucks/ Equipment diagnosis & decision making to repair or replace parts based on failure.Work planning, Update works status & Parts arrangement. Responsible for warranty decision as per supplier guidelines.Truck / Equipment testing post repair with quality checksProvide requirement / specs for the workshop consumable & tools with checking capabilityEducation & CertificationsDiploma/ Degree In Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering.Required Years Of ExperienceSkill set with minimum 6-8 years’ Experience in the Automotive / Equipment dealership operations.
