Job Description
The role of the Business Development Manager is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing compelling financial and technical proposals. We are seeking an experienced and well-connected professional who brings deep market knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented, playing a key role in supporting the company’s growth and expansion goals. Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned revenue targets.Leverage strong industry connections to open doors and build long-term client relationships.Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Prepare and present customized technical and financial proposals tailored to client needs.Lead the development and submission of RFPs and tenders in coordination with internal teams.Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., strategy, creative, finance, operations) to develop winning solutions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic growth areas.Maintain accurate records of business activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates.Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into loyal clients.Support the senior leadership team with business insights and expansion strategies.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role (agency background is a must). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving BD targets and driving business growth.Strong market connections with both private and governmental sectors.Solid background in Business Development with hands-on experience in sales and client acquisition.Strong research and analytical thinking skills.
