• Job Details:• Obtain, develop and maintain customers in order to maintain company overall objectives. • Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores and suppliers • Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data • Providing pricing policy and following effectiveness and updating • Enhancing merchandising and quality Depts. • Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance • Gathering information on customers' reactions to products • Working on building up reliable team to deal with customers and factory Depts. in order to achieve overall goals • Organizing department process and working plan • Supervising Logistics Teams • Following T and A for agreements to meet selling points and trigger dates. • Supervising purchases of imported and local materials • Assist to monitor all department budgets and manage all inventories • Manage all work flow for projects and maintain control on same and manage an efficient inventory level of all safety stock and review all volume requirements for all production materials • Assist all new product development and improvement in all existing products • Facilitate and provide data to prepare all sales forecast and implement all new products and processes for all manufacturing plants • Collaborate with all stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with program manager to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availability issues • Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with material manager to forecast all required strategies • Evaluate and prepare forecast all policy changes and recommend appropriate business requirements • Plan inventory levels and locations and execute all forecasting and planning programs. • Maintain optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance to all standard projects • Train all subordinates of all planning team in various system

Commercial ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Building up import and export divisions with its related Depts. • Define company targets and policies • Fashion collection selection and target prices allocation for retail stores • Stores management and sales analysis • Review and adjust merchandise distribution plans based on current trends, store performance, and feedback from our sales • Analyze SKU (Stock Keep Unit) performance daily/weekly to optimize distribution and sales • Monitor out of stock positions by store and adjust inventory levels based on sales levels and replenishment guidelines • Recommend Inter-Store Transfers (IST’s) • Conducting deals for importing customized styles • Developing pricing policy and following effectiveness and updating • Managing teams for Planning and Surveys • Handling all purchases of imported garments and accessories stores • Visual display and merchandising standards in the store • Maintain the store display standards and ensure adherence to the Company and brand display standards. • Arranges merchandise, signage, mannequins, furniture and backdrops according to the prearranged plan which is in line with company and brand standards. • Dresses mannequins for use in displays. • Remain aware of all in store development e.g.: new ranges, promotions, top sellers within each dept. to ensure adequate merchandising and support. • Responsible for the implementation of the promotions in the stores. • Liaise with the Signage suppliers and in store promotional graphics
